Our House Rules.

Clear rules for fair, safe, and relaxed coexistence.

  • The House Rules apply throughout the entire arena, including the entrance, lounge, courts, changing rooms, sanitary facilities, parking areas, and other outdoor areas.
  • Instructions from staff and persons authorized by the operator must be followed.
  • The operator exercises the right to refuse service. In case of violations, the operator may exclude individuals from using the facility and – depending on the nature and severity of the violation – issue a ban or take other necessary measures.

  1. Booking, Access, and Use

  • Access is exclusively granted with the personal Playtomic access code, provided in connection with a booking. The code may not be passed on to unauthorized persons.
  • Spectators may be admitted by players. The admitting or booking person is jointly responsible for their behavior.
  • The courts may only be used by persons with a valid booking. Use without a booking is prohibited.
  • Booking, customer account, payment, cancellation, and refunds are handled via Playtomic. The conditions displayed during booking apply in addition.

  1. Booking Time, Lighting, and Stay

  • The court lights switch on five minutes before the start of the booking and switch off five minutes after its end. If there is a directly subsequent booking, the lights remain on.
  • The booked playing time is binding. The court must be vacated on time so that subsequent players can fully utilize their booked duration.
  • The lounge can be used before and after the game within the applicable access and opening hours.
  • The arena must be vacated by 10:30 PM at the latest.

  1. Children and Teenagers

  • The supervising person is responsible for ensuring compliance with the House Rules and the child’s safety.

  • To protect the artificial turf and ensure an optimal playing surface, courts may only be entered with clean indoor sports shoes or padel-suitable sports shoes with light-colored or non-marking soles. Shoes with studs, cleats, or heavily soiled soles are not permitted.
  • The padel racket’s safety strap must be worn on the wrist during play.
  • Rackets and other equipment must be checked for visible damage before use. Damaged equipment may not be used.

  1. Food, Drinks, Alcohol, and Glass

  • Alcohol purchased on-site may only be consumed outside the courts.
  • Only non-alcoholic beverages are allowed on the courts. Glass bottles and other glass containers are prohibited there.

  • Anyone visibly under the strong influence of alcohol or drugs may be excluded from using the facility.

  1. Dogs

  • Dogs are only allowed in the entrance and lounge areas. They are not permitted in courts, changing rooms, or sanitary facilities.
  • Leashes are required inside the building. Dogs may not be left unattended or tied to court posts, nets, or furnishings.
  • Wet or heavily soiled dogs are not permitted to enter the arena.
  • Persistent barking, aggressive behavior, or endangering/significantly disturbing other guests must be prevented. If necessary, the dog must leave the arena.

  1. Changing Rooms, Sanitary Facilities, and Lockers

  • Changing rooms, showers, sanitary facilities, lockers, and other amenities must be kept clean and treated with care.
