04 steps
One-time registration with us
Send an email to info@kraso-padelarena.de with:
- your epassi ID or your EGYM Wellpass ID
- the email address you use for your Playtomic registration
Then, open KRASO Padel Arena in the Playtomic app and mark our club as a favorite with a heart.
Book via Playtomic
Book your court, open match, event, or training as usual via Playtomic.
Important: If several epassi or EGYM Wellpass members are playing together, everyone must be listed as a player in the Playtomic booking to receive the benefit.
Check in on-site with epassi or EGYM Wellpass
During every visit, you must complete the epassi or EGYM Wellpass check-in on-site in the app. A QR code is displayed in the arena for this purpose.
Important: No credit can be issued without an epassi or EGYM Wellpass check-in.
Receive Playtomic credit
After a successful check-in, we will credit €13 to your Playtomic
Club Wallet. The credit will be issued within 10 days of your check-in.
